THE ENDOMETRIOSIS COALITION TEAM

Jenneh Rishe BSN, RN

FOUNDER & EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Jenneh Rishe has been a Registered Nurse for 15 years, working in many different specialty areas such as internal medicine, trauma, kidney transplant, oncology, and leukemia/bone marrow transplant. It took over 4 years, but Jenneh's medical background gave her the knowledge and skills to navigate how to finally get good care after she was diagnosed with endometriosis. With her love for healthcare, education, and teaching, she felt inspired to use her abilities to help other women understand the disease better. She is also the author of Part of You, Not All of You: Shared Wisdom and Guided Journaling for Life With Chronic Illness.

Jenneh is originally from New Jersey but resides in Center City Philadelphia. In her free time, she loves running, writing, and spending time with her incredibly supportive husband, family, and friends. When asked why she felt so passionately about starting The Endometriosis Coalition, she says "endometriosis is criminally under researched and horribly misunderstood, and I want to be a part of changing that, sooner rather than later."

Meghan Maloof Berdellans

ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR

Meghan joined The Endo Co just months before the viral #1in10 Endometriosis Awareness Month campaign of March 2018. She has a background in the digital space, and working in the field has given her an in-depth understanding and drive to use social media for awareness of endometriosis and proper treatment.  In fact, Instagram and Twitter were the tools that brought Meg to Jenneh and The Endometriosis Coalition, and her endo family.

It took Meg 10 years to get diagnosed with endometriosis via excision surgery after seeing approximately a dozen specialists throughout that timeframe. Ever since her excision surgery in 2015, she has become incredibly passionate about spreading awareness of this disease, and served as a Consumer Reviewer on the Department of Defense, Congressionally Directed Medical Research Programs (CDMRP).

While Meg is from the heart of New York, she currently resides in Miami for most of the year, she is an active Real Estate Broker, Relocation Specialist, and runs marketing and e-commerce businesses. She also enjoys managing her dog’s Instagram account: @CeiliThePuppy, maintaining a healthy lifestyle, interior design, and spending time with the people she loves. Her hope is to continue to inspire people to learn about endometriosis and seek proper treatment.
